Exchange/Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 7-days of receipt for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. In the event items are returned outside of the policy period, we reserve the right to return the item to you. A return authorization is required prior to returning items for exchange/store credit, please click here to contact us regarding a return.

T-shirts and Sweatshirts must meet the conditions below to be eligible for the exchange or store credit:

• Free from signs of wear, wash and odors

  ITEMS BELOW ARE FINAL SALES:

  • Soiled | Worn | Laundered | Damaged items

• UNDELIVERED ITEMS

  Jah’a Place is not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect address or items stolen with delivered tracking. Any undelivered shipment returned to Jah’s Place will result in a refund (excluding shipping). 

  Undeliverable items are not available to be re-shipped, a new order will be required.
